Winning third place from the NanoString competition looking at transforming histology to gene expression using linear algebra also was awarded a place for best imagery, plotting and visualisations.
The prize for first and second went to teams from the Wellcome Sanger Institute developing the cell2location method published in Nature Biotechnology.
