After participating in the Data Challenge for the Workshop in Single Cell Modalities, an invite was given for a lightning talk on predicting the spatial location of cells using single cell RNA and spatial transcriptomics.

The lightning talk was given from a board of researchers including AskExplain, the Wellcome Sanger, the Dana Farber, the Allen Institute and the Venter Craig Institute.
