Accepted for a talk on data transformation between single cell modalities from RNA through to Spatial Histology. The talk was based on a winning place from the NanoString competition looking at perturbing histology using linear projections from slowly perturbing gene expression counts to be visualised via spatial histology.
The talk was among a keynote speaker, Dr James Zou from Stanford University and post-doctoral fellows and PhD students from places such as Yale, Carnegie Mellon University and Michigan State University.
